How do I clean my Ziggy Baby products?

Most of our products can be machine washed on gentle cycle or hand washed. We DO NOT recommend putting any of our products in the dryer because our products are 100% cotton.

How do I know if items are in stock?

All items on our website are in stock unless otherwise noted. Any out of stock items will be listed by the indication “Out of Stock”. For specific questions concerning availability, please email [email protected]

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time. 


Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the continental US (including Alaska and Hawaii). For Customers in Canada, please visit our Canada store at For customers in Europe, you can purchase all of our products on

How will my order be shipped?

We use Amazon Fullfillment services to ship our orders. So your products will ship via UPS, Fedex or USPS at Amazon’s discretion. We have 3 Shipping Speeds available: 

- Standard Shipping (3-5 days)

- Expedited Shipping (2 days)

- Priority Shipping (Next day)

Do you offer express shipping?

We offer Expedited (2 days) or Priority Shipping (Next day).

Return policy

What is your return policy?

Merchandise can be returned or exchanged only within 30 days if it is unopened and in accordance with our return requirements. You must notify Ziggy Baby before attempting to return – unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Please contact [email protected] for return instructions.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping for returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
